additional Basic Listings after the first free one, the fee is

The "first come, first served" program is merely our approach to how we currently prefer to arrange the ads or listings and there is no guarantee that any ad or listing shall remain at any specific location on a page for any period of time. 4. SearchBoston.com reserves the right to change the layout of the site for any reason at any time. 7. Listing renewal payment must be received prior to the renewal date. Invoices are typically emailed to the advertisers approximately one month prior to the ad's or listing's expiration date. However, it is still the responsibility of the advertiser to make payment prior to the expiration date, regardless of whether or not an invoice is received by the advertiser. Furthermore, SearchBoston.com may remove an ad or listing, or change the location of the ad or listing, if payment is not received on time, regardless of whether or not an invoice is received by the advertiser. 8.
