TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. SearchBoston.com reserves the right to move or discontinue any ad or business listing for any reason at any time. We will notify you if your ad or business listing needs to be moved or removed. If the ad or business listing needs to be moved, you will be able to decide whether or not to continue having us run the ad or business listing. 2. If you decide to discontinue the ad or business listing because we needed to move it to a new location or because we needed to remove the ad or business listing for any reason, you will be reimbursed for the remaining value of the ad or business listing, prorated by the number of days remaining on the term of the ad or business listing. 3. In the case of regular business listings that were only required a setup fee and do not have a renewal term, you will only be reimbursed if the listing has been active for less than 60 days and the reimbursement will be for the prorated number of days remaining on the initial 60-day period. If the regular business listing has been active for 60 or more days, no reimbursement will be applied. 4. SearchBoston.com reserves the right to remove an ad or business listing if technical problems persist with the links(URLs) associated with the ad or business listing. 5. SearchBoston.com reserves the right to discontinue the "first come, first served" program (displaying Featured Listings in the order that they are received) for any reason at any time. The "first come, first served" program is merely our approach to how we currently prefer to arrange the ads or listings and there is no guarantee that any ad or business listing shall remain at any specific location on a page for any period of time. 6. SearchBoston.com does not guarantee that any ad or business listing will continue indefinitely. 7. SearchBoston.com does not guarantee that the display location of any ad or business listing will continue indefinitely. 8. SearchBoston.com reserves the right to change the layout of the site for any reason at any time. 9. Listing renewal payment must be received prior to the renewal date. Invoices are typically emailed to the advertisers approximately one month prior to the ad's or listing's expiration date. However, it is still the responsibility of the advertiser to make payment prior to the expiration date, regardless of whether or not an invoice is received by the advertiser. Furthermore, SearchBoston.com may remove an ad or business listing, or change the location of the ad or business listing, if payment is not received on time, regardless of whether or not an invoice is received by the advertiser. 10. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
