Happenings Announcement Form

Use this form to tell us about an event that will be taking place in the Boston area in the near future. We will review your submission and make a decision on its appropriateness for the Happenings page.
IMPORTANT:

Listings for charity events are provided for free - limit one per organization per month. If you expect to submit announcements for your charitable events on a frequent basis, we ask that you place a link to SearchBoston.com on your organization's website.
The listing fee for non-charitable events is $15 per event. Visa, American Express and MasterCard accepted.
An email blast containing a listing of the events for the upcoming month is sent to opt-in subscribers, 5-10 days prior to each upcoming month. There are currently over 2500 opt-in subscribers! The sign-up form appears on the Happenings page.
If you want to be assured that the event will be included in the email blast, please submit your event announcement at least two weeks before the 1st of the month (the earlier, the better)
Except for special circumstances, the following event types DO NOT QUALIFY for a listing on the SearchBoston.com Happenings Calendar: minor events such as monthly meetings, school events and religious/church-related events (except for MAJOR holiday events that may have some religious significance - example: City of Boston Christmas Tree Lighting).
SearchBoston.com reserves the right to refuse to list an event for any reason (no charge if rejected).
